Our most popular service here at Happy Tails is home-from-home dog boarding. Home-boarding is a fantastic alternative to leaving your dog at a traditional kennels. Worry-free in the knowledge that your dog is being treated as one of the family, you can relax and enjoy your holiday knowing that your pooch is enjoying his. We strive to maintain your pets routine as closely as possible, regarding walking, feed times and sleeping arrangements, minimising stress and making sure your dog enjoys his stay with Happy Tails.

Sometimes, busy working lives make it difficult to provide your dog with enough exercise and mental stimulation. At Happy Tails, we offer half an hour and one hour dog walks to help keep your dog in tip-top shape when time constraints make it tricky for you to do so. Your pets safety is paramount to us at Happy Tails, and for this reason we only walk in small groups with a maximum of 4 dogs per handler. Need a Solowalk? No problem, we will be happy to help.

Dogs will be towel-dried and have their feet cleaned when returned home if mucky.

At Happy Tails, we also welcome day-guests! Ideal for those working full-time, or with one off or regular day time plans which can't involve the dogs.

Day Care gives you the opportunity to leave your dogs in safe hands with lots of personal attention, walks to stimulate the senses and tons of belly rubs. 

With flexible drop-off and pick-up times, we can work around you to make leaving your pet with Happy Tails for the day quick, easy and hassle-free. We don't charge by the hour so there's nothing to worry about if you get held up in traffic or are late home from work.

£ Prices starting at £35 per night

If you would prefer your animals to enjoy their own home comforts whilst you're away on holiday, we could come and stay with your pet instead. We offer house sitting in the local area with prices starting from just £35 for an overnight stay. Additional charges apply for day time visits and walking.

Need help with the little pets, too?

We also offer home visits to small animals and cats. Visits include feeding, changing litter trays or cleaning out hutches - and of course the all important cuddles. 

£ Price subject to requirements, please get in touch for a quote. 

With over 30 years shared experience with horses, we also offer a holiday horse care service. Ideal for those with small, private yards unable to put their horses on holiday livery, we will bring the livery service to you. Services include all general yard duties, grooming, rug changes, bringing in, turning out and more. Unfortunately we do not offer riding.
